Mirroring the past, building the future.

Land you can stand on before you pay for it.

Every plot we sell has been through a registry title search, a physical site visit and a documentation review — and you are invited to inspect it yourself, or send someone you trust, before a naira changes hands.

Who we are

A real company, with a real office, selling documented land — not promises.

Kaabo Investments Limited was built by a Chartered Banker who looks at land the way a credit officer looks at a file: what is the title, who else can claim it, what does the registry actually say. We market property only after that file is clean. Our clients are families in Lagos and Abuja, and Nigerians in Canada, the United Kingdom and the Gulf who cannot afford to be wrong about who they are paying.

Our mission

To deliver trusted real estate solutions while unlocking Africa's potential and expanding into the sectors that drive sustainable growth.

Our vision

To become a leading Nigerian real estate brand, showing Africa's vast potential to the world while laying the foundation for sustainable housing.

The question that matters

“Is this land genuine?”

It is the right question, and it deserves a procedural answer rather than reassurance. Here is exactly what happens between an estate coming to our attention and your name appearing on a deed.

We stand on the land ourselves before it reaches you, and every file is handled by a named member of our team. Meet them.

  1. Title search and due diligence

Before an estate is listed, our legal team runs a search at the relevant land registry, confirms the title instrument and checks the land against government acquisition, litigation and overlapping claims. Documented findings are kept on file.

  2. Documentation you can hold

Every purchase produces a paper trail: a signed offer letter, a receipt for each payment, a survey plan, a deed of assignment and a copy of the estate's title instrument. You are told exactly which documents you will receive, and when.

  3. Inspect before you pay

We encourage — never discourage — a physical inspection. Come yourself, or send a family member or your own surveyor. Diaspora clients receive a recorded walkthrough with the beacon numbers visible, and may appoint a representative to stand on the plot.

  4. Allocation and after-sales

Your plot is physically allocated and its beacons identified, not merely assigned on paper. After handover we remain available for development guidance, resale support and facility management.

  5. One standing rule: we never request payment into a personal account. Funds are received only in the registered name Kaabo Investments Limited.

Ongoing projects

Estates currently open for purchase and allocation.

All properties

Why land, why now

Naira loses value. Well-chosen land does the opposite.

Appreciation

You buy before it is obvious

Land in a corridor with infrastructure underway reprices as the road, the estate and the population arrive. The premium belongs to whoever was early and documented.

Inflation hedge

An asset, not a balance

Savings erode quietly. A titled plot is a physical asset denominated in what land is worth, which historically has tracked and outpaced local inflation.

Legacy

Something to hand over

Property transfers cleanly to the next generation when the paperwork is right. That is the difference between wealth and income.

“The best time to invest is before growth becomes obvious.”

How we behave

Four letters our clients can hold us to.

Diligence

No property reaches our clients before a title search, a physical visit and a documentation review are complete. If a file has a gap, we walk away from the deal.

Over-Delivery

The allocation, the survey, the receipts, the follow-up calls after the money has cleared — the work continues past the point where a lesser firm stops answering.

Professionalism

One quoted price, one documented process, written records at every stage. Nothing is agreed by rumour or settled on WhatsApp alone.

Excellence

We are judged by the client who returns and the one who sends a relative. That standard governs every estate we take on.

Seven clients, seven cities, one process.

Client accounts

From the first consultation to the completion of my purchase, the entire process was transparent and professional. I felt informed and confident every step of the way.
Feyintiola Gayet · Lagos, Nigeria
What stood out most was their honesty and their commitment to delivering exactly what was promised. I would gladly recommend Kaabo Investments to anyone looking to invest in real estate.
Gani Aderibigbe · Ontario, Canada
Excellent customer service, timely communication and a seamless documentation process. My experience exceeded expectations.
Tobi Obele · Manchester, United Kingdom
I inspected the plot twice before a naira changed hands, and nobody rushed me. That alone told me who I was dealing with.
Amaka Nwosu · Abuja, Nigeria
I bought from four thousand miles away. They recorded the walkthrough with the beacon numbers visible, and my brother stood on the plot the same week.
Segun Adeyemi · London, United Kingdom
Every document was handed over complete — survey, deed, receipts — without me having to chase anyone for it. That is rare here.
Halima Bello · Houston, United States
They stayed with me long after the allocation, and when I decided to resell two plots they guided the process end to end.

From the founder

“We do not merely sell properties. We help our clients acquire assets. Assets that appreciate. Assets that preserve wealth. Assets that become part of their legacy.”

Every opportunity we present is carefully considered, because we understand that an investment decision carries expectations, dreams and long-term aspirations. Over five years, more than one hundred clients and over a billion naira in facilitated transactions, that has not changed.

Straight answers

The questions cautious buyers ask first.

  • How do I know the land is genuine?

Every estate we market has been through a registry title search, a physical site visit and a documentation review by our legal team before it is offered. You are told the exact title type on the land — Certificate of Occupancy, Right of Occupancy, Deed of Assignment or Gazette — and you may verify it independently, with your own lawyer or surveyor, before parting with any money.

  • Can I inspect the property before payment?

Yes, and we would prefer that you do. Inspections run on scheduled days and can be arranged privately. Bring anyone you trust. If you are outside Nigeria, we record a dated walkthrough showing the beacons and the access road, and you may appoint a representative to attend on your behalf.

  • I live abroad. How does a diaspora purchase work?

The process is the same, conducted remotely: documented offer, verified payment channels in the company's registered name, recorded inspection, and documents couriered or issued digitally with certified copies. We never ask for payment into a personal account.
